Please make all inquiries within 36 hours of delivery. We provide a replacement or refund your money if no other satisfactory remedy remains.

Delivery Time concerns:
In case if you are posting order on weekends/ national holidays or for other than Jalgaon city locations, please note following important points:
1) Order to rest of Jalgaon district - Please post order until delivery date prior day morning or maximum until afternoon for timely delivery on next day. This helps us timely delivery on next day.
2) Order to other than Jalgaon district - Please post order at least 48hours prior for planning and execution of delivery to destination.
3) Delivery on weekends - Please post order at least one day prior for delivery on weekend (Sunday).
4) Delivery on National Holidays - Please post order at least 48hours prior for delivery on National Holidays.

Important note - In event if Order is being post on same day (for any of aspects mentioned above), please call us to review resource availability and confirm possibility of delivery. If delivery is not possible on same day, it will be executed on next working day.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy:
We value your order and are fully committed to best services experience. In event, if you wish to cancel order, please intimate us by email on shopping@ejalgaon.com or info@santronix.com along with your Order reference details. You will receive our email revert on cancellation confirmation. Kindly note that Cancellation can be done only until order is not picked for shipping preparations and is staged for delivery. Once Order is picked for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
In event, if you have pre-post order and want to reschedule delivery date, you may do so, until 48 hours prior to delivery date and time mentioned. Delivery Date is assumed to be Order Receipt date, in case no delivery date is specified.

Replacement Policy:
For your shopping convenience, a wide variety of items may be viewed online. Each of these gifts is designed with the freshest stock available, and most are offered in a variety of sizes and prices to meet differing budgets.

While the items shown are all representative of overall style, color scheme, and value, specific information and containers may vary in some cases due to availability or to meet quality standards. In case of sweets, the items offered must be consumed within 3 days of delivery. Some flowers and plants are seasonal in nature or are not available in certain regions.

Sweets:
All sweets orders taken are supplied with freshest stock and are packed only after receipt of your order. All items should be consumed within 48/72 hours of delivery as instructed on sweets packaging. Please follow specific instructions given on Product Packaging for detailed handling instructions.

Flowers:
In an arrangement with one variety of flowers only, variety takes precedence over color. For example, if a vase of orange gerbera daisies is selected a different color of gerbera daisy would be selected rather than a different type of orange flower.
When the basket shown is not available, a similar container of equal or greater value will be substituted. In all cases, we will ensure that number and type of flowers remains consistent with what is described in the website.

Chocolates:
All Chocolates available here are packed with utmost care and maintain Food Standards as mentioned in Indian Food Laws. Please note that the Chocolates should be consumed within 7 days of buying. All chocolates should be stored in Standard Freezing Conditions as prescribed by Food Laws.
